Position: Director of Marketing

The Position
The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing strategies and plans that promote the unique values of our products and services, increase brand awareness and trial , and drive customer revenue. The Director of Marketing will own success for all activities related to OneClick’s marketplace interactions, with the exception of enterprise sales. The incumbent will have expertise across direct marketing, sales enablement, pipeline build, and product-led growth marketing. OneClick is a product-driven company that markets and sells solutions to 2 distinct target customer groups, each with different personas and value expectations related to our products. (see )
The Director of Marketing will lead target-customer specific acquisition strategies, marketing actions, and channels for each. The Director of Marketing will develop product messaging and positioning, go-to-market programs, campaigns, events, and sales enablement to increase conversion and retention. The success of this position is measured by his/her ability to deliver relevant content that creates trials, sales pipelines, and ultimately, new customers.
The position embodies the behavior of a creative, motivated to drive and deliver innovative product marketing to support the two distinct target customer groups, each with different personas and value expectations. In this role, you will be responsible for working cross-functionally with sales, product and external vendors to create target-customer specific acquisition strategies for each.This role requires excellent team building, communication and delegation skills as well as individual contribution and execution.
Core Responsibilities:
- Strategic thinker who will collaborate with Sales team to create sales pipelines for Enterprise customers
- Hands-on management and execution of day-to-day operational aspects of the Marketing dept
- Deeply understand, monitor and improve daily KPIs, including ROI metrics
- Design prospect & customer journeys for both Enterprise and self-service customers
- Participate in onboarding self-serve customers, identifying and executing optimization opportunities
- Conduct lead gen marketing programs for self-serve customers
- Identify and implement strategies to increase customer conversion and retention rates
- Own company website from a marketing flow standpoint
- Manage company presence at key conferences, trade shows and other events
- Blend data analysis, segmentation, positioning, go-to-market planning and go-to-market execution to define how we bring new and existing product offerings to businesses
- Demonstrate the success of your programs and initiatives through data
- 5+ years of work experience, 2+ in product marketing
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including editing others’ work and coaching others
- Proficiency with various MarTech tools, including Hubspot, content management platforms, SEO tools, email marketing software, and analytics platforms.
- Proven experience in marketing for both SaaS and enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with web and mobile in-app merchandising strategies and tactics.
- A go-getter, experienced in driving and launching go-to-market campaigns
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing techniques, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and buyer journey analytics.
- Track record of effective team leadership, communication, and delegation, including managing remote and in-house teams as well as external agencies or contractors.
- A track record earning the respect of Marketing, sales, product, operations, and design teams
- Solid experience in managing marketing agencies and other third-party resources effectively.
- A wildly curious, strategic and quantitative person who uses data to solve problems
- Strong experience with utilizing marketing analytics to inform data-driven decisions and strategies.
- Ability to both strategize and execute marketing campaigns at a tactical level.
- Knowledge of managing vendor relationships and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking in developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90.00 - $140.00 per year
