Director of Marketing and Public Relations
Wolfe Eye Clinic is looking for an experienced Marketing and Public Relations Director. This person will be responsible for planning, development and implementation of all marketing strategies, marketing communications, and Public Relations activities, both external and internal.

Duties include:

• Develop and manage annual marketing plan and budget working with an outside advertising agency.
• Maintain Wolfe Eye Clinic public website.
• Implement the marketing plan and evaluate unforeseen marketing opportunities while maintaining the integrity of the approved marketing budget.
• Manage the prospective refractive surgery patient activities and coordination.
• Internally develop, create, and produce marketing materials, and patient education brochures.
• Develop and coordinate signage for all Wolfe Eye Clinics locations.
• Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency
• Manage patient financing process and communications for non-covered services.
• Manage patient satisfaction survey process and create summary reporting analysis for management and physicians.
• Write and distribute press releases of Wolfe Eye Clinic newsworthy activities.
• Responsible for ongoing blog posts and updates to social media.
• Responsible for internal employee communications related to service lines.
• Develop and implement local marketing strategies for Wolfe Eye Clinic locations.
• Manage local community corporate relations and sponsorships for all Wolfe locations.
• Maintain printing contracts for third party printing services.
• Works harmoniously with all offices throughout Iowa.

Candidates must have:

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years marketing experience, with a strong preference for healthcare experience.
• Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media Marketing and content marketing.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Proven ability to manage budgets.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications and Adobe Suite including Illustrator and Photo Shop
