Director of Marketing and Growth, Consumer Products

If you answered yes to at least four of those questions, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as our Director of Marketing and Growth, Consumer Products.

You will be responsible for executing all aspects of our paid campaigns on Facebook and Google. You will also direct the development of our overall growth strategy, and execute in the appropriate channels using creatives to drive our key success metrics. 

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Developing a deep understanding of our customers and their behaviors and needs as well as a mastery of our business strategy
  • Executing growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
  • Identifying and analyzing key metrics to evaluate and validate growth initiatives.
  • Directing paid direct response marketing campaigns to achieve all key metric goals, including lead generation volume, quality, and cost targets across existing paid platforms, including: 
    • Adwords
    • Facebook
    • Instagram
    • LinkedIn
    • Taboola
    • Others
  • Running our affiliate strategy and helping to manage our affiliate sales and communications efforts.
  • Helping to define and drive our social and earned media strategy 
  • Build and adhere to quarterly budgets 
  • Assist in developing campaign creatives
  • Track competitor activity and positionings
  • Helping to manage and mentor junior marketing resources

This is an individual contributor role .Our aim would be to provide you with plenty of opportunities to grow in your career.  You will be reporting directly to the head of our Direct to Consumer business and grow with our rapidly expanding team. 

What you bring
  • Marketing experience in any consumer wellness category 
  • Creativity, intelligence, vitality, and the ability to think on your feet and figure things out
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in executing all aspects of paid campaigns on Facebook or Google Ads with a strong track record of driving measurable results
  • Experience with YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and Linked In are a plus. Though a demonstrated ability to teach yourself quickly is okay too
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Able to deliver creatives on your own with only some support from a copywriting and design team
  • Access to a network of freelance copywriters and designers would be useful
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and communicate effectively across different channels.
  • A deep understanding of lead tracking

Salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 annually DOE and geographic area.
