We are seeking a Director of Marketing & Admissions to join our team in a beautiful patient centered skilled nursing facility located in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Marketing and Admissions Director for a skilled and long term care nursing facility and have a good working relationship with the hospitals and the community.
Responsibilities:- Cultivate relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations
- Manages and follows up on all leads
- Collaborates with facility personnel regarding referrals
- Conduct assessments to determine patient meets admission criteria
- Facilitates patient placements based on clinical needs, bed availability, patient/family preference and geo location
- Connect with and cultivate relationship with referral sources
- Conduct facility tours and presentations to potential residents and their families
- Be familiar with and assist with the admissions process
- Bachelors Degree
- 1 year Marketing/sales experience in the healthcare
- Familiarity with short and long term care nursing facilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with insurance preferred
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently at times
