We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Dental Marketing Director with De Novo experience to lead our marketing efforts and support our expansion initiatives.

Job Summary:

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our dental services, attract new patients, and enhance brand awareness. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, initiatives, and programs that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering results.This individual will leverage their expertise in marketing and De Novo practice launches to drive rapid expansion and market penetration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive patient acquisition, retention, and loyalty for our dental practices.
• Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans tailored to support the launch and growth of De Novo dental practices.
• Lead the creation of compelling marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials across various channels including digital, print, and social media.
• Develop comprehensive marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising initiatives to attract new patients and drive patient engagement.
• Manage the company's online presence, including website content, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media platforms to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Manage relationships with vendors that support marketing efforts, public relations and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including dentists, operations teams, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment and integration of Marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of Marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and ROI analysis to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize return on investment.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative marketing trends to continuously improve and innovate our marketing strategies.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and enhance brand visibility within the dental community.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on dental or healthcare industry preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing De Novo practices/businesses, driving rapid growth and expansion.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and identify actionable insights.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dental industry regulations, compliance standards, and ethical guidelines preferred.
