BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Implement strategies to enhance and sustain brand recognition and reputation.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and social media.
• Utilize data and analytics to measure and optimize the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
• Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Develop engaging and relevant content for various channels, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and social media.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex engineering concepts into compelling and accessible content.
• Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
• Work closely with the sales team to optimize lead conversion and achieve revenue targets.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages creativity and professional development.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute both virtual and in-person events, including conferences, webinars, and trade shows.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to demonstrate the impact of Marketing efforts.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar role in the engineering or professional services industry.
• Strong understanding of engineering consulting services and the ability to communicate technical concepts.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Up to 20% of travel may be required.
• Must possess a valid U.S. Driver’s License.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Background checks are required.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans, managing a talented team, and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

The salary range for this position is based on national rates. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base Salary: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00.
