DIRECTOR OF MARKETING IN THE PACIFIC NW REGION

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Implement strategies to enhance and sustain brand recognition and reputation.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and social media.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure and optimize the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Develop engaging and relevant content for various channels, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and social media.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex engineering concepts into compelling and accessible content.
- Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Work closely with the sales team to optimize lead conversion and achieve revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages creativity and professional development.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute both virtual and in-person events, including conferences, webinars, and trade shows.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to demonstrate the impact of Marketing efforts.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar role in the engineering or professional services industry.
- Strong understanding of engineering consulting services and the ability to communicate technical concepts.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up to 20% of travel may be required.
- Must possess a valid U.S. Driver’s License.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Background checks are required.

The salary range for this position is based on national rates. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base Salary: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00.
