Under general direction and supervision of the district superintendent and/or designee, plans, lays-out, coordinates, supervises and directs all maintenance, transportation, custodial and grounds keeping operations of the district. Participates in maintenance and construction work and does related work as required.

Knowledge of facility maintenance and grounds keeping. Experience: 3 (three) years of responsible bus driving, custodial, grounds maintenance and supervision of personnel. Training: Formal or informal training which ensures the ability to read, write, and communicate at a level necessary to do reports, cost estimates, evaluations, necessary for successful job performance. License or Certificate: Possession of an appropriate, valid California Driver's License. Possession of an appropriate, valid School Bus Operators Certificate required and/or willing to obtain it within 6 months of employment. Pre-Placement Medical Assessment: Pre-placement medical assessment is a prerequisite of this position. Must pass a Department of Justice fingerprint screening
