BWC is currently operating under a hybrid schedule that can incorporate both teleworking and in-office hours. Employees may be required to report to the office when requested by management &/or for their initial job training.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Oversees development of a risk based audit program for various operational areas within BWC, including Investments, Claims, and Information Technology;
  • Oversees and directs audits and consulting projects;
  • Presents audit results to members of management and the BWC Audit Committee summarizing audit observations and recommendations;
  • Manages the performance of audit validation procedures to ensure that audit observations are adequately addressed by BWC management;
  • Manages the BWC post audit survey process.

Qualifications
Required Experience and/or Education:
  • CPA, CISA, and/or CIA
  • Experience in investment accounting/compliance a plus
