Position: Director of Inpatient Nursing Services
Location: Sanford, NC- Full-time Onsite with Paid Relocation
Our Award-Winning Client, a nationally recognized healthcare provider, is currently seeking a dynamic professional to join their team as the Director of Inpatient Nursing Services. This leadership role will play a pivotal part in overseeing clinical and procedural units within various hospital departments.
Key Qualifications and Technical Skills:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience in a critical care unit.
- 2-3 years of leadership experience (Supervisor, Manager, Director, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in North Carolina (or compact state).
- BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
Responsibilities:
- Direct, organize, and supervise clinical and procedural units within the hospital.
- Ensure adherence to policies, maintain safe staffing levels, and manage supplies and equipment.
- Develop, implement, and manage department budgets.
- Foster ongoing quality and performance improvement initiatives.
- Invest in lifelong learning for staff professional development.
- Communicate important information to senior leadership members as needed.
