Duties:
- Take notes while listening to patient health histories.
- Order and analyze the outcomes of laboratory and other medical tests.
- Make treatment plans, administer drugs, and recommend therapies like physical therapy.
- Provide basic health care instruction and counseling that promotes healthy living choices.
- Identify and manage medical disorders.
- Create treatment programs for both acute and long-term illnesses.
- Conduct physical examinations.
- Direct the general patient care.
- Educate patients about illness management and preventative care.
- Obtain patient medical histories.
- Carry out and practice examinations.
- Prescribe medication based on the patient’s diagnosis or the findings of tests, physical therapy, and other therapies.
- Provide patients with primary care.
- Carry out initial assessments, including physical examinations and patient observations.
- Inform patients and their families of test results.
- Record medical histories of patients.
- Use and maintain medical equipment.
- Carry physical examinations and lab testing as part of the process of diagnosing and treating diseases, injuries, and other issues.

Qualifications:
- Nursing science master’s degree (MSN).
- State-specific FNP certification.
- Training in a family medicine clinical practice.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
