Betts Company is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead, direct, and develop our HR initiatives and support our growing business. As the Director of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by promoting a culture of engaged, confident, and aligned team members. You will make an impact by managing organizational development, safety and compliance, and promoting a value focused culture.

To qualify for this role, some of the considerations are:
- 10+ years of hands-on Human Resources experience
- Bachelor's degree or HR certification
- Strong knowledge of California Human Resources laws
- Experience in the manufacturing and production industry
- Familiarity using payroll/HRIS systems, Paylocity preferred
- Able to travel to additional locations as needed
