Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and catering services
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings that meet customer expectations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control measures to optimize efficiency
- Train and supervise staff members to maintain a high level of service and professionalism
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and dishes
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations

Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, food preparation, and kitchen management
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with customers, vendors, and team members
- Proficient in food handling and safety procedures
- Knowledge of bartending techniques and mixology is a plus
- Familiarity with food service management software for inventory control and reporting

Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
