A beautiful high end resort in Key Largo, FL is looking for a Director of F&B to add to their team!
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in Food and Beverage management, preferably in luxury resorts or high-end hotels.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple F&B outlets and overseeing large teams.
- Exceptional leadership and management abilities, including the capacity to lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Implement a comprehensive F&B strategy aligned with the resort's overall goals and brand identity.
- Create and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and develop revenue-enhancing strategies to achieve financial targets.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
