Director Of Food And Beverage

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Food and Beverage to lead and oversee the operations, you will play a critical role in driving performance, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maximizing profitability across a growing brand.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the general managers of each restaurant, ensuring consistent execution of company standards, policies, and procedures
• Oversee financial performance by analyzing sales, expenses, and profitability metrics, and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and cost control
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine menu offerings, ensuring quality and consistency across all locations
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Implement and enforce operational guidelines, including health and safety standards, to guarantee a safe and sanitary environment
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, improve service quality, and foster a positive work culture
• Conduct regular site visits to assess operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide guidance and support to general managers and their teams
• Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Director of Food and Beverage in a private club or country club setting
• Culinary Experience
• Strong business acumen with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and financial results
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
