Tallahassee’s largest private equity group, has an immediate opening for a Director of Finance to join their talented team. This newly-created position will be the key role in developing and providing meaningful financial information to senior management. Primary responsibilities include:
· With the guidance of senior management, modify current, and develop new monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for its consolidated portfolio. Includes, but not limited to, actual versus forecasted results, KPIs, and industry comparisons.
· Work with investment company personnel in procuring necessary information for timely financial reporting.
· Prepare analyses of actual results against proforma.
· Identify opportunities for efficiency and profit improvement.
· Coordinate and spearhead the budgeting and forecasting process for all company investments, and prepare other budgets and forecasts.
· Create cash flow forecasting models.
· Research/recommend potential forecasting software that interfaces with accounting software (NetSuite).
· Create ad hoc reports for senior management as requested.
· Prepares and maintains the company’s quarterly company valuation.
· Assist with bi-annual reports to investors.
· Assist in the preparation of documents necessary for equity raises.

· Extremely organized with the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
Qualifications
· Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in finance
· Minimum 7 years’ experience in financial analysis
