Director, EPIC Finance
The Director, EPIC Finance is a critical leadership role within the EPIC Finance team and UKG’s broader FP&A organization. EPIC is one of the largest teams within UKG and includes Engineering, Product, Innovation, and Cloud. Reporting to the VP of EPIC Finance, this person will lead a business-critical team that is responsible for providing end-to-end financial support, visibility, and insights to the VP of EPIC Finance and UKG’s leadership team. This role is responsible for the creation of standardized reporting packets, key financial and operating metric dashboards, business cases, investment analysis, and long-term financial models for the EPIC organization.
This is a highly visible role that requires a deep understanding of financial modeling, combined with the development of scalable processes that drive financial discipline and efficiency to help achieve UKG’s long-term financial goals.
How you will support the EPIC organization:
Drive the consolidation of all financial planning, forecasting and reporting for the EPIC organization, including coordination with Corporate FP&A
Lead and influence the annual budgeting process, long-range planning, forecasts, and financial review meetings with key stakeholders
Understand key business drivers to structure and execute ad-hoc analyses to support and influence decision making
Develop new and enhance existing reporting, analysis and presentations to identify risks & opportunities impacting business performance
Build multi-year financial models to support and evaluate investment decisions for strategic investment opportunities
Partner closely with EPIC Finance leadership to understand the relationship between all functions and the financial impact of decisions made within the broader EPIC organization
Frequent and consistent communication with senior management, including concise presentation of metrics, financial results, KPIs, financial drivers, and performance against strategic priorities
Build strong relationships and become a trusted strategic partner to the EPIC leadership team members
Lead and develop a high performing team
