What You Will Do:
- Oversee and manage the financial operations of the organization
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making
- Monitor cash flow, manage investments, and optimize financial resources
- Conduct financial analysis to identify areas of improvement and cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
- Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial forecasting
What You Will Need:
- Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and accounting principles
- Proven experience in financial management and fiscal planning
- Strategic planning skills to align financial goals with organizational objectives
- Proficiency in general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex financial data
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting
- Effective communication skills to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Ability to lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments
