• Minimum offive years of progressively responsible Health Care Facilities leadershipexperience preferred.
• Operations/construction management within an automatedsystems Health Care setting work environment.
• Experience in successfully managing and implementing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and demonstrated mentoring, excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills desired.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred or minimum five years responsibility at a Director level in areas of engineering, maintenance, and construction for Healthcare Facility Planning or a related field.
• MA Construction Supervisor License (unrestricted), or Certified HealthcareFacility Manager (CHFM) REQUIRED
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile(Current Nursys, BLS, CHEMO, CRNI - Facility will not pend license/certs)
• Massachusetts license
• Certified Healthcare Facility Manager Certification
