Blentech is seeking an engineering leader who will passionately pursue this vision as well as embody the following principles:

Responsibilities include:
- Works with the CEO to implement strategy and targets for the team
- Lead operations in Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, Controls Engineering
- Advise CEO in the development of the strategic and annual operating plans
- Model the company’s core values and help to grow Blentech’s culture as outlined in our
Qualifications/Experience:
- 10+ years in management
- BS in Engineering field (MS Preferred)
- Knowledgeable about the state of the art, standards, and norms in the food equipment industry domestically and internationally.
- Experience with documentation and engineering change management processes in PLM and with ERP interface.
- Bonus – MBA, ASME Pressure Vessel, Salesforce.com experience, Solidworks, Solidworks Electrical, and PDM administration.
Salary range $179,254 to $219,502
