Director Of Engineering- Food Manufacturing

Position Summary:

We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Engineering Director to join our team, steering excellence in both engineering and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategic Vision:

• Provide strategic guidance for the engineering department, aligning objectives with broader business goals.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Project Management:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of Engineering projects within specified scope, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to integrate engineering initiatives across departments.

Process Optimization:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency enhancements within Food Manufacturing operations.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize production processes and improve overall operational performance.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure engineering activities adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate closely with regulatory affairs to stay updated on changes in the Food Manufacturing industry.

Quality Assurance:

Qualifications:
