GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Director of Customer Education is responsible for directing the strategy, design and delivery of Customer Education in the use of Vyne products. Direct course design and support documentation management. Maintain communication with customers to ensure the effectiveness of training. Work with other departments to identify new opportunities to implement helpful training and oversee the implementation of new and updated programs. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct the development and delivery of high-tech and high-touch customer product training solutions (i.e., all SaaS Training and Curriculum Development).
- Act as the Learning Architect, designing and developing the optimal customer onboarding experience while delivering the desired customers outcomes in the shortest time possible.
- Ensure training solutions meet company and customer objectives.
- Develop training curriculum for customer self-onboarding, high-touch training, webinars, seminars, and other educational solutions.
- Direct the consolidation of Customer onboarding feedback and work with department leaders to enhance and improve the customer experience.
- Direct the evaluation of delivery modalities and necessary enhancements to ensure all types of learners can gain mastery of the end-user training content.
- Manage the creation of Customer self-onboarding journey to produce the desired customer outcomes.
- Lead and manage the Training team in the delivery of assigned tasks.
- Provide guidance and direction in the performance and professional development of the Training team.

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Bachelors Degree in technical field, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 10 years of technical content training or other relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations.
- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
- A track record of success leading a business operation; an approach to management that brings out the best in staff and yields pride, ownership, and a sense of team effort
- Possess a supportive and accessible management style, the ability to lead and motivate a diverse staff and to encourage change and growth in both people and programs, and a strong commitment to personal and professional development
