We are currently seeking a Director of Culinary Services who is passionate about making a difference for our Thousand Oaks Community!
Position Pay: $75K - $80K annually

The non-negotiables:
- High school diploma, GED or educational equivalent required
- Food Safety Certification (SERVSafe or equivalent)
- A.A. degree in culinary arts preferred
- Two years of supervisory experience, including setting performance expectations, coaching, motivating, promoting collaboration, managing change, providing performance feedback, delegating effectively, resolving conflicts, etc
- Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance
- Must demonstrate passion and ability to work with people with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia-related diseases
- Five years of food and hospitality management experience (may include Restaurants, Country Clubs, etc.)
What you'll be doing:
- Responsible for overall operation of the Culinary Department of the Community
- Experience at Independent and Assisted Living Communities preferred
