Director Of Clinical Services - Longview

Job Summary: As a RN Director of Clinical Services at Kindful Health you will work with the Chief Clinical Officer and the extended leadership team to grow a Longview branch for Kindful Health. You will be joining a leadership team in delivering a culture that results in Kindful Health becoming the "employer of choice" for experienced hospice professionals.

Responsibilities & Duties: RN Director of Clinical Services will be responsible for:

• Manage high quality and clinical excellent care within your location to assure a best-in-class patient and family experience
• Support of recruiting and training for office and field clinical team
• Help build goals, objectives and action plans for the team members and location
• Collaborate with Clinical Leadership, Sales, Operations, Accounting to optimize location performance across all metrics consistent with continual improvement
• Work with leadership team to establish budget target for the location
• Manage all direct care costs within target % of Net Patient Revenue goals
• Adheres to all regulatory requirements and professional standards
• Follows policies consistent with recognized standards of professional practice
• Participates in optimizing clinical software (EMR and other supporting clinical software)
• Identifies system problems or inefficiencies that may negatively affect patient care
