Job Description
The Director of EduConnect oversees our EduConnect program and staff. The Director will maintain and expandsacademic pathways to family-sustaining wages for unemployed or underemployed students in Healthcare, IT, and Manufacturing.
This role is hybrid, 3 days onsite (in Center City and/or the Northeast) and 2 from home.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for fiscal oversight of program revenue and expenses of assigned programs ensuring that projects bring in revenue to cover or exceed operating and indirect costs.
- Pursues funding opportunities to support program sustainability.
- Identifies and establishes new partnerships to ensure a robust recruitment pipeline by building and maintaining relationships with local high schools, community-based organizations, and other area referral networks serving disadvantaged and non-traditional students in the region.
- Builds awareness of the EduConnect program within JEVS and with recruitment and program partners and in the region.
- Ensures student success by developing coaching plans with onboarding and retention strategies to eliminate barriers to success.
- Bachelor's preferred
- 5+ years experience in the fields of education or social services.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule

The base pay for this position ranges from $63,000 to $79,000 and will vary based on factors such as skills and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
