GENERAL SUMMARY:
Lead the medical patient index and dental billing outsourcing services for the company. Play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients in the Healthcare industry, which includes the Dental and small- to large-sized Acute segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low-cost labor sourcing, process development, and workflow automation.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
- Lead and inspire a team of professionals to achieve company objectives and exceed client expectations.
Low Cost Labor Sourcing:
- Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with low-cost labor providers, both domestically and internationally.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure cost-effective resources while maintaining quality standards.
Process Development:
- Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Design and implement efficient and scalable processes to streamline dental billing operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Workflow Automation:
- Evaluate current technology stack and recommend and implement automation solutions to enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate automation tools and systems into existing infrastructure.
- Provide training and support to staff on new automation initiatives.
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and feedback.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services and solutions.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track operational performance and client satisfaction.
- Analyze data and generate reports to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

- Protected Health Information (“PHI”): This position may have access to and be responsible for the security of PHI/PI on an incidental basis.
- Human Resource Information: This position may have access to and be responsible for the security of information including salary, insurance, reviews, resumes.
- Financial Admin: This position may have access to and be responsible for the security of financial administrative accounts and corporate accounts.
Application Admin: This position may have access to and be responsible for securely administering user access to corporate applications.
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the outsourcing or healthcare industry, with a focus on dental billing preferred.
- Strong understanding of low-cost labor markets and sourcing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement efficient processes and workflows.
- Proficiency in workflow automation tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving results and achieving targets.
- Knowledge of patient indexing in an acute hospital setting is a plus.
- Knowledge of dental billing regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Travel required for up to 30% of work time.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations essential.
