Sentinel is looking for a Director of Business Excellence to join our team. The Director of Business Excellence is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance. This role involves strategic planning, leadership, and the implementation of best practices and process improvements. This position can work remote with occasional support onsite at our Tempe, AZ location.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in process improvement, quality management, or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and project management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence at all level of the organization
- The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
- A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
