We have developed Keypilot, the first AI-powered real estate copilot, designed to help simplify and streamline every step of a real estate deal.
Among other tasks, Keypilot:
- Conducts property search: By analyzing a portfolio of properties, it understands the owner's asset preferences and then recommends comparable properties that meet its acquisition criteria
- Underwrites opportunities: It digests comps, financial information and market trends and quickly drafts an investment memo
- Simplifies the diligence process, analyzing and summarizing the most relevant deal-related documents
- Manages your portfolio: It compares a property to other similar ones, and provides adjustment recommendations to the proposed business plan, leading to operational efficiencies
Our CEO is a serial tech entrepreneur that has successfully launched three companies and raised $50M+ in venture capital from top-tier investors, and our team brings experience from companies such as Google, Blackstone, McKinsey, Credit Suisse Real Estate Division, and Ares Capital, among others. We raised a $25M Series A, and have raised over $100M+ in total funding up to this point.

About the role:
As the Director of Business Development at Keyway, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our flagship product, Keypilot. This role presents an exclusive opportunity to lead the initiation of the sales strategy, define processes, and structure the sales team while contributing to the growth and market penetration of Keyway's AI-driven real estate platform.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion
- Establish the framework for the sales team, including roles, responsibilities, and processes and manage the team
Market Penetration:
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to enhance Keyway's market presence
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to drive customer acquisition
Product Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of Keypilot's features and benefits to effectively communicate and demonstrate value to potential clients.
- Provide feedback to the product team based on market insights and customer feedback
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the customer success team to address client needs and feedback
Sales Performance:
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
About you:
Proven Leadership:
- 5+ years of successful leadership experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Industry Knowledge:
- Familiarity with the commercial real estate industry and an understanding of AI-driven solutions
Results-Driven:
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
Entrepreneurial Spirit:
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, startup environment.
- Willingness to adapt and drive projects from conception to completion
