Director of Business Development - West Coast
WFH Flexible - California, USA
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the Healthcare or Life Sciences industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
Comprehensive understanding of the corporate structures within the targeted regions and familiarity with decision-making processes
Ability to travel up to 35%, including local, regional, and occasional national events
Additional Requirements:
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Deltek Vantagepoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $78,691.02 - $94,767.68 per year
