ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations for CDS Housing, LLC
- Prepare grant and funding applications for various state agencies and financing sources
- Prepare development and operating budgets. Submits for grant and local funding support
- Research and analyze development opportunities in new market areas
- Analyze financial feasibility of new development opportunities
- Preparation and submission of multi-state affordable LIHTC funding applications
- Coordination of third-party professionals (i.e. architects, engineers)
- Manage working relationship with lenders and joint venture partners
- Obtain local municipal project approvals, including evening meetings
- Coordinate project due diligence and loan and equity closings
- Communicate, coordinate and follow through on development details with the Construction, Property Management, Legal and Accounting Departments.
- Create and update project budgets, including monthly updates of project cost through completion
- Represent CDS at construction/other meetings and resolve issues related to schedule, local permits, third party professional’s responsibilities and draw reviews
- Coordinate preparation of construction hard and soft cost draws
- Research and understand regulatory requirements for the local municipality
- Speak on behalf of CDS Housing as determined
- Presents CDS Housing Scorecard at internal meetings, providing updates and reports periodically
- Creates, implements, and revises Standard Operating Procedures
- Process invoices on a timely basis.
- Other related duties as assigned
ESSENTIAL ACADEMIC AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s Degree Preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Affordable Housing Development
- Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, Power Point.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- All experience and education requirements, except when required by federal, state, or local laws or requirements, may be waived at the discretion of management with the approval of the Chief Operating Officer in collaboration with the Vice President of Human Resources.

- Attend mandatory Education and Training modules as scheduled, obtains, and maintains required certifications.

The listed salary range represents the organization's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
