Compensation:
- $105,000 - $120,000/Annually + Benefits (Vision, Medical, Dental, 401K, Paid Time Off, Family Leave)

Summary
The Director of Admissions is responsible for overseeing the Admissions Team and assuring that callers are provided with excellent care. This includes meeting daily census goals, tracking leads, and working closely with other departments within the facility.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic pro-active sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales goals and supports company revenue and profitability targets
- Achieve a 75% or better Non-Cohort Conversion Rate
- Maintain consistent growth by coaching and developing the Admissions Team
- Prepare and deliver monthly Professional Development symposiums
- Ensure outbound dialing campaigns are running daily
- Manage and maintain a robust pipeline
- Ensure CRM data is maintained and accurate
- Manage and maintain Admissions Team schedule
- Perform all other tasks assigned by supervisor
- Be capable of performing all duties and responsibilities of the Admission Consultant
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 8+ years of professional experience in Business Development/Account Management/Sales Experience
Must be committed to drug-free lifestyle and responsible alcohol use
Personal passion or interest in substance abuse issues strongly preferred
