Generations Plus, a premier Adult Medical Day Care Center in Pennsauken (Camden County), NJ is hiring for a full-time Activities Director. The eligible candidate must have a minimum of 3 years as an Activities Director. In addition, they must be passionate about working with the elderly. If you are ENTHUSIASTIC and OUTGOING with a nurturing attitude toward the elderly, and a focus on STIMULATING and ENGAGING activities you should apply for this position. The Activity Director is responsible for overseeing, designing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating activities and managing all activities. Other responsibilities include: Create monthly activity calendars, create and implement new activities that stimulate clients, facilitate client council meetings, participate in client care plan meetings, ensure proper inventory of all activities supplies, maintain budgetary expectations and assist with other departmental needs as required. Reports to the administrator. Minimum 3 year experience as a Certified Activities Director.
