Responsibilities
- Develop patient engagement goals that are aligned with overall brand plan - DRMATOLOGY MARKETING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
- Build and implement patient engagement strategies including acquisition, conversion and retention strategies
- Design and implement DTC/DTP tactical plan and campaigns to deliver on patient engagement objectives
- Ensure continuous review and adjustment of strategic and tactical plans to achieve agreed patient engagement objectives
- Identify growth opportunities for the deuruxolitinib and contribute to overall deuruxolitinib brand strategy
- Effectively partner with internal business partners and external agency partners to deliver on brand objectives
- Establish strong relationships with US opinion leaders to build Sun’s image as a premier partner in advancing the care and treatment of AA patients
- Partner with patient advocacy groups to drive disease awareness and product usage in appropriate patient types
- Contribute to business development and life-cycle projects as needed
- Any other reasonable activity required by management/leadership
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (MBA Preferred)
- Dermatology Marketing and Brand Plan Strategy REQUIRED
- Alopecia Areata experience (Preferred)
- Experience marketing JAK inhibitors and/or biologic products (Preferred)
- Minimum 6 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience
- Minimum 4 years DTC/DTP Marketing Experience
- Pharmaceutical product launch experience
- Pharmaceutical Sales Experience
- Strong analytical and strategic marketing skills
- Project Management
- Strong Communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
- Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities coupled with strong business acumen
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Planning, process and results oriented
This position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan, and may be eligible for the Long Term Incentive Plan.
