Include, but are not limited to:
- Work closely with the Marketo Team Lead to develop and socialize a sprint/ roadmap of enhancements for the capabilities that reflect business priorities and values and set the vision.
- Manage and communicate tradeoff decisions between scope and schedule while offering alternative solutions.
- Participate in feature assessment, requirements gathering, and process documentation as needed with implementation partners, vendors, and other internal teams.
- Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships and communicate progress and evolution of the product roadmap.
- Manage GDPR compliance with CRM Marketo Admin and Legal contact to ensure compliance.
- Research and investigate emerging technologies, best practices, and tools to continuously improve the capabilities, along with other members of Marketing Ops
- Conduct periodic assessments of the capability maturity and performance against business objectives.
- Manage Marketo licenses across the entire Marketing organization.
- Manage, optimize, and own integrations within Marketo; currently includes On24, Cvent, ZoomInfo, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Linked, Google, and any new API that needs to be configured or reconfigured, tested, and launched; soon to include Power BI
- Maintain the Marketo database by following best practices to maintain our contact universe without exceeding the allotted size while ensuring new and existing data is clean and enriched.
- Track and analyze deliverability to ensure our ESP ratings are running at optimal levels on a daily/weekly basis, and ensure plans are in place to throttle emails in case of a <95% deliverability day.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required
- 1-2 years of experience in Marketing Automation
- Marketo experience required, including deep knowledge of its features, reporting, and integration with CRM and other technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Microsoft products, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Power BI, and Microsoft Teams
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and complete tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate complex subject matter.
- Ability to show initiative without much management follow-up/direction.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Dedicated team player who can develop strong working relationships across the Marketing department and broader Sales organization.

- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $55,000 - $85,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
