  • Own contract management/administration including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs and ancillary documents.
  • Analyze legacy contracts to determine applicable terms, conditions, and growth opportunities and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Translate complex legal doctrine into plain English for a variety of constituencies, from entry level sales teams to executive leadership.

  • Experience using a contracts/vendor management platform such as NContracts or Venminder.
  • Familiarity with principles of risk management, including data risk, is helpful.
  • First class communication and collaboration skills
  • Military service experience is welcome and appreciated.

Characteristics you'll have:
  • Results-oriented with self-motivation and drive to enable client success and improve results.
  • Ability to wear multiple hats and pivot strategies and execution in a timely manner.
  • Curious leader by nature, comfortable providing opinions outside lanes of ownership.
  • Comfort operating in a dynamic matrixed environment with the entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to step up and do the work.
  • A personal and business value of treating others with honesty and respect.
