Own the key account process and develop strategies, tactics, and action plans to ensure long-term growth while meeting ambitious short-term targets
Lead the professional Key Account team, manage its operations and resources to deliver profitable growth
Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement
Manage and develop the exsiting professional key account team
Manage key account relationships to create and close strategic opportunities, while managing customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
Present during customer meetings to gain buy-in and reach a joint business plan
Work closely with the marketing function to create successful support, channel, and partner programs
Propel forward our eCommerce platforms
Manage budgets to achieve/overachieve P&L objectives

3+ years' experience managing national/regional accounts, or equivalent professional beauty experience Bachelor’s in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent experience Data & sales analysis skills Proficient with Microsoft (ie Outlook, Excel, Word)
