What We'll Bring:
The Director, Investor Relations works closely with TransUnion's VP, Investor Relations. Together, they partner with and support TransUnion's senior executives. This small team is responsible for crafting all investor-focused communication, including analyst presentations and earnings materials. The Director is a critical position and will have a "seat at the table", literally and figuratively, in developing materials and reviewing the business and its strategy.
The job will range from managing critical processes to internal and external analysis to developing messaging about our business.
The position is viewed as rotational, providing the individual with valuable experience and exposure to transition into other areas of TransUnion. Previous associates in this role have rotated into strategy, finance and general management roles.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including investor relations, corporate finance, or as a buy- or sell-side analyst.
- You will bring great ideas to table that help us better position TransUnion with the street and a point of view to help solve problems and drive positive change.
- Expereince supporting senior executives in preparation for investor meetings and earnings calls.
- Background interacting with analysts and investors to communicate the TransUnion story.
- Addtionally, bring analytic rigor, great attention to detail and focus on process.
- You will bring strong financial skills,verbal skills,integrity and ethical behavior to the role at all times.
- This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Impact You'll Make:
- TransUnion's Investor Relations team works closely with the company's senior executives to proactively "market" the company to current and potential investors as well analysts.
- We have taken a proactive and aggressive stance with Wall Street to fully develop our story and strategy.
- However, there is meaningful opportunity to continue to shape our approach to the market, including further developing our public investment thesis and how we will tactically communicate it to the Street.
- At the same time, we play a valued role in providing "outside-in" market intelligence to TransUnion's senior executives, enabling them to properly understand market expectations and views about the company and our competitors.
