Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate office tasks and responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails, and redirect them as necessary
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and maintain important documents, reports, and records
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Perform general administrative tasks to support various departments
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information
- Knowledge of office equipment and basic office management practices
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour. Depending On Experience.
