Supply chain functions moved to a single, integrated Global Supply Chain organization, that features harmonized processes, roles, and accountability across the organization. As a fully integrated global supply chain team, we can leverage the combined expertise of both our region and enterprise teams to "Play Big" and achieve best-in-class operational performance. With our centralized structure in place, we are better positioned to serve our patients and customers by applying the "one best way" approach.

Global Deliver Shared Services is one global team of Project Managers responsible for managing global Deliver-led, large-scale projects across many regions. Your talented team will consist of a Sr. Manager, Project Managers and a Knowledge Management specialist.

You and your team will deliver excellence across Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Supply Management and driving effectiveness & efficiency through development of Global Deliver Shared Services.

We are on a journey to move from a fragmented Supply Chain across OUs, Regions, Ops Networks to one Global Integrated Supply Chain with harmonized processes, roles, and accountabilities.
A Day in the Life

• Aligned to GSC strategy, and more specifically Deliver Blueprint, set vision, mission statement, & development of key strategies of Functional Project Management & Knowledge Management functions supporting execution/deployment aligned with Enterprise Deliver & Regional priorities/needs
• Partner w/ Deliver Enterprise & Regional Leaders on Project Portfolio planning & maintenance, including project case development, investment needs, ROI analysis, resource management, and project priority list setting
• Accountable to delivering on Enterprise & Regional Project Management & Knowledge Mgt priorities & meeting functional KPI's, e.g. delivering projects on-time / on-budget and achieving Project Cost-savings targets
• Lead Knowledge Management strategy and tactics-deployment across Enterprise & Regions, inclusive of Portal Management (Documents Governance, Policy Controls, Site Training/Usage, Communications, and Onboarding) & Training / Development (Gap Analyses, Tailored Education, Proof of Concept, Training Creation, e.g. e-learning)
• Leads, maintains, and identifies tools & processes to support Project Management (Pre-screen, Idea, Qualification, Planning, Execution, Implementation, All Value Captured), e.g. Deliver Monthly Project reviews, WAVE project phase and savings tacking tool
• Escalate AT RISK projects, identify and communicate needs/asks to support recovery plans
• Champion Continuous Improvement activities to improve processes, procedures, tools across Project Management & Knowledge Management
• Lead action-planning & implementation supporting Project Management & Knowledge Management team maturity toward "best-in-class"
• Lead the hiring and development of Top Talent, and foster a Team of Inclusion, Innovation & Engagement aligned w/ Org Health goals, e.g. 80%+ scores

SUCCESS MEASURES:

• Deliver on Enterprise & Regional Project Management & Knowledge Management KPIs:
  • Exceed project cost-savings targets established for FY
  • Progress ranking along Maturity Model toward "best-in-class" Project Management & KM org
  • 80%+ team OHS scores across Innovation, Inclusion, and Engagement
  • Identify, define, and accountable to Knowledge Mgt KPI

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree required
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience
