Job Description
This position is responsible to work directly with industry and employer partners to effectively grow non-credit workforce solutions for business and industry partners, including the development, design, delivery, sales, and marketing of all curriculum options offered within designated program areas.

Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience in the industry.
- Minimum of 5 years of business and industry training experience.
- Demonstrated experience with sales and marketing products and/or professional services.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Evidence of orientation to detail, planning, and organizational skills.
- Customer service skills sufficient to actively listen to and understand customer needs and provide accurate information and appropriate alternatives in a timely, thorough, courteous, respectful, and professional manner.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree.
- Knowledge of adult education and learning theory and practice sufficient for program and curriculum development, needs assessment, and evaluation.
- Evidence of dynamic and innovative leadership experience.
- Demonstrated high level of cultural competency and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, aligning with CLCs Culture of Caring environment.
