Director, Anti-TIGIT Global Marketing

We are recruiting for a Global Marketing Director for a new asset in the anti-T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains(TIGIT) class of drugs. This new brand will be launched in the coming years and is an exciting opportunity to help patients and build our company's oncology portfolio.

The position reports into AVP Co-formulations & KRAS.

This position will require outstanding leadership in brand development and launch preparation. This experienced marketer’s role will focus on the asset-level strategy across indications and scientific strategy. This will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Scientific Strategy & Execution (e.g., Congress Planning. Inform Scientific Platform development, Medical Education programs, Patient Engagement etc.)

  • Inform Medical and Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) Publication Planning

  • In collaboration with Asset Development Team commercial lead and tumor-focused strategy teams, organize customer engagement strategy and scientific expert leader engagement

  • Through detailed competition tracking and assessment, inform planning assumptions, strategy and positioning for multiple indications

  • Develop competitive response plans

  • Creation & implementation of internal/external communications

Position Qualifications:

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 8 years combined marketing, sales, market access & pricing, marketing support or related experiences in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.

  • Global Oncology Marketing and/or global marketing for any major launch product, working closely with our Research & Development Division / Center for Observational and Real-world Evidence (CORE) / Medical colleagues

  • Demonstrated ability to develop innovative and bold strategies both at the brand and scientific level.

  • Experience providing commercial input on such activities as below

    • target product profile development, global regulatory filing strategy, scientific narrative development, real-world evidence generation, market research and competitive intelligence

  • Ability to work within complex organizations and markets and leading sub-teams and influencing without authority.

  • Ability to build an aspirational vision and engaging with teams to drive realization

  • Learning agility and adaptability to fast paced change

  • Enterprise mindset and passion for driving positive patient impact

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence. Expected salary range:

$181,600.00 - $285,800.00
