Role and Responsibilities
Lead Financial Planning and Analysis function
Own company budget, month end reporting, forecast, and long-range financial plan
Manage current financial reporting process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial results to multiple business partners.
Provide insightful reporting, analysis and KPIs to optimize financial performance.
Provide analysis and reporting to drive financial progression in all lines of business (Adhere, Engage, Dispense).
Manage and drive efficiencies in company's cost base through analysis of key expense drivers.
Improve data quality and lead process improvement and automation of Finance activities, including the implementation of an FP&A platform.
Be a key financial partner to our business leads - Work in partnership with CFO, Company line-of-business, and functional leads to drive growth and profitability of each of the company's lines of business.
Develop strategic relationships with business and functional leaders and provide finance support to drive improvement in Revenue and Margins.
Develop and maintain unit economics analytics, pricing models, and reporting for tech-enabled Pharmacy services and ensure the value proposition links to a pricing/margin structure that maximizes financial value.
Be a key driver of analytics on payer and procurement contracts.
Lead the development of financial models, tools, and processes to evaluate and provide insights on procurement and reimbursement in Pharmacy dispensing.
Liaison with key business partners and internal resources to implement best practices and drive continues process improvement and simplification of financial and operational processes.
Partner with function leads to balance investments and cost management, including staffing levels.
Manage a Senior Financial Analyst and liaise with an Accounting Manager
Mentor and develop the Senior Financial Analyst and build a broader Finance team over time.
Support Accounting in monthly close and through ad hoc requests.
Improve data quality and reporting, drive automation, and create scalable practices.
You hold a Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred.
You have a minimum of 8 years of progressive Finance experience.
You are highly analytical, have excellent deep dive and technical skills, and have the ability to articulate complex analyses in a clear and succinct manner to leadership teams.
You are comfortable working independently and problem-solving, but also thrive on working in a collaborative environment.
You have the ability to understand the business at a strategic and detailed level.
You have outstanding business acumen and critical thinking skills; you can bring logical solutions to business issues (not just financial).
You possess an entrepreneurial spirit, willing to lend a hand when needed.
You welcome ambiguity and enjoy figuring out the solution.
You have considerable financial modeling experience.
You have a proven track record of improving processes and adding value to the business.
You are comfortable with all aspects of financial planning and analysis for an organization (including budgeting, monthly financial reporting, and forecasting).
You have financial experience in healthcare, with preferred pharmacy/PBM experience.
