The Director, Enrollment Management & Marketing is responsible for the marketing and enrollment activities for Tandon Digital Learning. This position focuses on strategic and tactical planning, including oversight of marketing campaigns and activities to support online degree programs as well as the executive and professional education portfolio. The Director supervises Digital Learning marketing operations and creative development team. The overall purpose for this position is to strategically and creatively plan for the success of Digital Learning programs, leading the marketing and Enrollment Management team to execute precise, tactical operations and campaigns that lead to goal achievement.
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related area
Preferred Education:
Master's Degree Strategic Communications or related area
Required Experience:
7+ years experience in admissions, marketing, working with vendors for creative services and marketing technology, online, adult graduate students, managing budgets and supervision
Preferred Experience:
7+ years higher educational setting
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong project management skills, reliable, detail-oriented, patient problem-solver and self-starter. Technical knowledge in Google Analytics, marketing automation, CRM platforms, HTML or XTML. Technical knowledge of marketing automation services, & Google Analytics.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Knowledge on recruitment strategies, including prospective student management, marketing, and targeted recruitment efforts.
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $111,956.12 to USD $131,956.12. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
