The Goddard School located in Edina is looking for a motivated, self-starter for a Co-Director position at our School. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of a developmentally appropriate learning program for young children. - Overseeing the operations of the School, specifically focusing on educational programming, relationship building, faculty training & development, and quality assurance
- Using a growth mindset to train, coach, and develop the School for the future
- Developing strong relationships with our families

- Complying with state childcare licensing regulations
- Projecting a positive and upbeat attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrating highly effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

- Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field
