As a DSP Supervisor at Devereux, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. You will assist in the planning and implementation of residential unit services for assigned clients. Responsible for the safety and security of all clients in assigned units. You will also provide therapeutic interventions as necessary.
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts, Avalon House, is located off the main campus in Templeton, MA and serves disabled adults to teach, coach and support them with daily living skills, coping skills and social skills while staying active and having fun.

QualificationsJob Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Drivers license required.
- Minimum Bachelors OR 12 years in a supervisory or direct care role can replace the Bachelors Degree
- 1 year Previous experience working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional and behavioral disorders required
- Residential supervisory experience preferred
- Must be MAPS certified, or able to obtain certification with 90 days of employment
