RESIDENTIAL: Available Hours - 3pm - 11pm, 11pm -7am / Mon - Fri & Every Other Weekends
Duties:
Responsible for assisting with the physical care, guidance and supervision of Intellectually Disabled individuals in the Residential setting and out in the Community. Performs activities and duties to help individuals develop acceptable habits and attitudes; helps the individuals meet the outcomes of any service or behavioral plan; ensures daily needs and health and safety of the individual are met; assist individuals with daily hygiene and personal living skills; complete data collection in accord with person centered plan; responds quickly and appropriately to unpredictable behavior and circumstances. Other duties as required. If you are a caregiver, this is the position for you.
REQUIREMENTS:
- ACTIVE AND UP TO DATE DRIVER'S LICENSE AND INSURANCE
- High school diploma, GED, or 1 Years of documented experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities, Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Special Ed, etc. Preferred.
- Valid Driver License, Liability Auto Insurance and Social Security Card
- Must pass criminal background investigation
- Must be Fully Vaccinated or Screened for Immunization
