Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key business partners to shape functional, legal and financial requirements for CPQ
• Design, prototype, build, document, and maintain solutions for the Salesforce CPQ application
• Performing hands-on technical design, solution architecture, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and CPQ development tasks
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation based on design specifications as well as user-specific documents and support materials
• Create and manage Price Rules, Product Rules, Discounting, Product Setup and Configuration, Product Options, Quote Templates, and Advanced Approval Rules with ability to design for complex business use cases
• Own functional tasks and deliverables including: testing, training, reporting, support, and continuous improvement for the Salesforce CPQ application
• Use and recommend best practices while delivering scalable high quality solutions
• Keep up to date with the latest releases and capabilities of CPQ

Experience & Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience implementing, configuring and administering SaaS business systems, with at least 4+ years of Salesforce CPQ experience
• Passion for creating a frictionless end user experience
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving scenarios
• Salesforce.com certifications required: Advanced Administrator and/or Salesforce CPQ Specialist; Dev 1 and Dev 2 are nice to have
• Bachelor's degree in technology (Computer science, Software Engineering…) is a nice to have
• Should have working knowledge of Salesforce Sales process using standard objects such as Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts etc.
• Should have hands on experience in supporting CPQ applications such as Salesforce CPQ etc. on Salesforce.
• Should have good understanding of Lead to Cash business process.
• Should be proficient in writing SOQL queries.
• Having working knowledge of Invoicing applications like Zuora on Salesforce will be an added advantage.
• Must be proficient in debugging Apex code, Writing Apex Test Classes.
• Should be strong in developing and debugging all types of Salesforce Flows.
• Must know to debug integrations on Salesforce using REST/SOAP API tools such as Postman, SOAP UI etc.
• Should knowing Create a Price Rule to Modify Pricing Guidance, product bundles, multiple order and integrations with other application from CPQ is necessary
• Validation Rules, Flows, Async Apex debugging, Duplicate Management, Bulk Data Import/Export, Roles, Profiles, Permission Set, User records Management, SOQL, Lightning components Debugging, Javascript, Visualforce page debugging.
