As a Direct Care Staff Member you will be responsible for the daily care of the residents in their home. Enjoy supporting individuals' daily living needs providing care and activities and most importantly providing the compassion and caregiving that supports individual needs. Primary Duties and Responsibilities for Direct Care Staff:
- Plan, prepare, lead and assist with activities
- Meal and snack preparation, service and clean up
- Do laundry for facility and assist residents with personal laundry
- Coach residents to maintain daily bedroom cleanliness per house guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of the facility to be inspection ready at all times.
- Transport residents to activities and appointments when applicable.
- Document activities and work during and prior to the end of each shift.
- Be physically able to assist in lifting of residents and able to place items on higher shelves without restriction.
- Demonstrate all core competencies related to MI, DD, Autism, etc.
Shifts-Hours Hiring For:
- Morning Shift_1st Shift_(7:00am - 3:00pm)
- Evening Shift or Night Shift _ 2nd Shift _ (3:00pm - 11:00pm)
- Overnight Shift_3rd Shift_(11:00pm - 7:00am)

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
