```Duties```
- Provide Direct Care and support to individuals in a residential setting
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications according to prescribed dosages and schedules
- Monitor and document changes in residents' health and behavior
- Implement individualized care plans and follow resident rights guidelines
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed
- Provide companionship and engage residents in social activities
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
```Requirements```
- First aid certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Experience in patient care or related field preferred
- Knowledge of resident rights and regulations governing residential care facilities
- Ability to work with individuals on the autism spectrum or other developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with home care practices and procedures
- Proficiency in medication administration and documentation
- Understanding of social work principles and techniques
- Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed
- Experience in hospice care is a plus
