Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement an Account plan to achieve TriStruX’s business goals. This plan will include specific efforts to identify and build/maintain relationships across Sourcing, Strategy and network development departments and to support TriStruX operational leadership with regional and market level contacts.
- Meet the quarterly and annual sales targets for new projects and Revenue / Gross Margin generation.
- Serve as the primary contact for regional & national clients. Be relentless in responding to their needs and ensuring TriStruX is known as a focused, effective supplier. Cultivate relationships with existing clients and continuously increase the reach of TriStruX through additional relationships within targeted account(s).
- Ensure TriStruX is always compliant for any client specific reporting, annual report updates, etc.
- Collaborate with local TriStruX markets, including GMs, VP and client delivery leaders, to create and close profitable projects. Work consistently with local operations teams to support their need for clean SOWs, help work through typical issues and “have the pulse” of local client / TriStruX relationship.
- Be the primary leader within TriStruX for RFP management and response, working within the company to get Operations and pricing approval.
- Maintains forecast including monthly forecasting of new sales and programs. Works closely with local delivery teams to help them forecast delivery resource requirements.
- Attends industry and client events as well as key annual tradeshows/expositions as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Demonstrated track record of sales skills and sales success.
- 3-5 years of relevant and successful experience in telecommunications infrastructure industry.
- 3-5 years of relevant client experience, including demonstrated history of success within the account. Recent relationships with targeted accounts.
- Proven track record of developing and growing client relationships.
- Outgoing with strong interpersonal, communication and networking skills.
- Clear, concise, and persuasive, communication, writing and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong orientation to deadline and detail.
- Ability to build relationships with people at all levels both inside and outside the organization.
- Prefer candidate to be located in a key company market. National travel on a consistent basis is required.
