- Smile and treat guests with friendliness and respect
- Perform pre-opening cleaning and inspections
- Dispatch slides in a safe manner consistent with operating procedures
- Assist guests with registration and explain game function and purpose
- Ensure safety requirements are adhered to by guests and employees
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Maintain compliance to grooming and wardrobe standards
- Monitor and guide guests entering and exiting the venue, ensuring safety
- Create and maintain desired venue atmosphere of Dinotorium, through costuming, role-playing, and guest interaction
- Attend assigned rehearsals and trainings in preparation for seasonal entertainment
- Greet guests and maintain accurate headcount and capacity maximums
- Record guest counts and mark notes for assigned venue
- Model company culture and values
- Complete job in accordance to all safety standards and standard operating procedures
- Cross – trained in multiple locations: Geyser Towers and Dinos
- Properly clean and close down venue at the end of the day
- All other duties as assigned
- Must understand, read, write and speak the English language
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be able to maintain a good working relationship with coworkers
- Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must have excellent communication skills and sense of appropriateness to converse with employees and guests
- Must be able to react quickly during emergencies
- Must not be afraid of heights
- Must be able to successfully pass first aid and fall-protection classes
- Must be able to stay in character for long periods of time
- High School Education/GED preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in hospitality or customer service industry preferred
